Information for beginners
If you're new to Magenta II, we strongly recommend you to read the Magenta Fundamentals.
This book is written for the novice user and teaches you all about the Composer and programming multimedia.
You can find the Magenta Fundamentals on the right in the Documentation box.
Information for intermediate users
The Magenta Building Blocks will give your productivity a boost by providing short introduction courses to Magenta's most used features and components. The Building Blocks are extended on a regular basis.
Information for advanced users
The Magenta Reference, MagentaDB and Python manuals provide in-depth information for the more experienced users. You can find them in the Documentation Box on the right.
Tutorials with source code
The Magenta Tutorials are ready-to-run demonstrations of Magenta's key features. The fully interactive tutorials demonstrate how to use common components, databases and alpha blending techniques. You can also download the full source code (projects) to explore them with your copy of Magenta II.
Examples
